In a world of beer snobs and wino connoisseurs, we are here to tell you how it really is. Sure, we might be a couple of 30 somethings and have been in the drinking game for a while, but we are definitely NOT beer SNOBS. More like... Drinkers who love beer and full bottles of wine on a sunny afternoon. Honestly, it doesn't even have to be a sunny afternoon. Hand me the booze, bitch.
I'll start with a small introduction.
I am Ham! (*Hi HAM!*).
HEY GUYS!!!
And my best friend is Kirm. (*Hi Kirm!*).
We've been friends since second grade. We essentially dislike people, but we dislike people together. We've always joked that I have the functioning half of HER brain and that together we have a whole brain. Seriously. That's just how it works with us. We both reside in Indianapolis, Indiana. -There's more than corn here. We have race cars and beer!!
We love to go on winery trails and sip (down) glasses of wine. We hit local winery events and pick up a bottle or two (cases) of some local vino. Over the last few years, Microbreweries and wineries have popped up like crazy! (It's probably been a decade, but I'm not really keeping track of time). At this point, there's a winery, brewery, or distillery in almost every nook of this state and many others. -This is great for us though. It means we can go to different states and grab some local favorites.
Since you've been reading this much I guess I can spill it. The point of this blog is to give your OUR thoughts of some beverages that we have consumed. This is seriously the cold, hard truth about our initial sips of a beverage. Sometimes our descriptions are quite colorful... like the time Kirm said a wine tasted like wet Band-aids. I'll try to give as much detail about the booze, such as maker, year, etc.
So, sit back, enjoy the read and I hope you get some good laughs.
